Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 76) the following change and amendment:
1. The offer first of part 6 of Article 7 to state in the following edition: "The organization of strikes and participation in their carrying out, participation in peaceful assembly as the participant when implementing actions for the organization of its carrying out is forbidden to the staff of law-enforcement bodies, occupation by business activity.".
2. To add part 1 of Article 8 with Item 20 of the following content: "20) to show respect for members of peaceful assemblies, to ensure free functioning of mass media, and also to fulfill duties and to observe restrictions, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic about peaceful assemblies.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
