in view of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation on conditions of placement of Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus and Consulate general of the Russian Federation in Brest of November 17, 1997 and the Protocol on modification and amendments in the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation on conditions of placement of Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus and Consulate general of the Russian Federation in Brest of November 17, 1997 signed on March 4, 2005

agreed as follows:

Article 1

1. The Russian side confirms the property right of the Belarusian Side to the following real estate objects in the Russian Federation:

a) the office building Ploshchad 2202,9 of sq.m located in Moscow, Ulitsa Maroseyka, 17/6, structure 1;

b) the multipurpose building Ploshchad 6024, of sq.m located in Moscow, Ulitsa Maroseyka, 17/6, 2AB structure.

2. The Russian side provides registration of transition of the property right to the Belarusian Side on the following real estate objects in the Russian Federation:

a) the non-residential building Ploshchad 3457,9 of sq.m located in Moscow, Ulitsa Maroseyka, 17/6, ZABVG structure;

b) the non-residential building Ploshchad 549,4 of sq.m located in Moscow, Ulitsa Maroseyka, 17/6, structure 4.
