About modification of Item 1 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation

Bring in Item 1 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 5, 2008 N 438 (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 24, Art. 2868; 2009, N 3, Art. 378; 2010, N 9, Art. 960; N 24, of Art. 3039; 2011, N 47, Art. 6653; 2012, N 43, Art. 5886), following changes:
a) in paragraph four of the word "and the questions connected with accession of the Russian Federation to the World Trade Organization" to exclude;
b) after the paragraph of the fifth to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"functions on ensuring implementation of the obligations following from membership of the Russian Federation in the World Trade Organization in the established field of activity.".
