1. Approve the Standard agreement on operation of components of the Single gas-transport system of Ukraine (between owners and the gas or gas-distributing transportation companies) which is attached.
2. To owners of components of the Single gas-transport system of Ukraine to both the gas and gas-distributing transportation companies to bring the contractual relations into accord with requirements of the Standard agreement of operation of components of the Single gas-transport system of Ukraine (between owners and the gas or gas-distributing transportation companies) approved by this resolution, in a month from the date of its introduction in force.
3. To provide to management of regulation of oil and gas complex in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
