Special measures, irrespective of country of source and export (except for origins from such member countries of the WTO as Angola, Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, the Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Djibouti, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, the Solomon Islands, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia) are applied for a period of three years concerning import to Ukraine of goods which has such description:
cars the automobile and other motor vehicles intended mainly for transportation of people (category M1 - vehicles which have at least 4 wheels which are used for transportation of passengers and have no more than 8 places for sitting, except sitting of the driver), with the internal combustion engine with spark ignition and the krivoshipno-conrod mechanism with effective engine cylinder capacity over 1000 cm-3, but no more than 2200 cm-3, new, and are classified according to UKTVED by codes 8703 22 10 00 and 8703 23 19 10.
Special measures, by implementation of the special duty concerning import to Ukraine of above-mentioned products, are performed depending on effective engine cylinder capacity:
over 1000 cm-3, but no more than 1500 cm3 in the amount of % 6,46;
over 1500 cm-3, but no more than 2200 cm3 in the amount of % 12,95.
