1. Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2009 No. 276 "About single questions of mortgage of the parcels of land and recognition voided some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 136, 1/10740; 2010, No. 187, 1/11851) after words "corporation" and "loan" to add respectively with words ", Eurasian Development Bank" and "and (or) credit agreements".
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
