For the purpose of optimization of system of state bodies and other state organizations, and also number of their workers:

1. Establish number:

workers, including government employees, state bodies, other state organizations (without workers on protection and servicing of buildings) according to appendix 1 *;

deputy managers of state bodies according to appendix 2;

workers, including government employees, local executive and administrative organs (without workers on protection and servicing of buildings) according to appendix 3.

This Decree does not extend to deputies of the House of Representatives and members of council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus, deputies of local councils of the deputies performing the powers on professional basis, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus and his deputies, judges of the Constitutional Court, courts of law, and also employees of the State secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus, public prosecutor's workers, prosecution agencies workers, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Committee for State Security, the State boundary committee, the State Customs Committee (except for appendices 2 to this Decree), the Presidential Security Service of the Republic of Belarus, Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Investigative Committee, State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus, the bodies and the organizations subordinated to the specified state bodies and (or) which are their part (system).
