3. To the press service of GTI under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic (A. Maldybayev) to publish this Instruction after state registration of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and to carry out explanatory work through mass media.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy director of GTI in case of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic Chynybayev A. Ch.
