24-1.2. Non-governmental organization cannot directly or indirectly provide, propose or promise to provide material and other values, any privileges or concessions to the donor or any other person instead of the accepted or promised donation.
24-1.3. Person who made donation of the non-governmental organization having no right to require or accept directly or indirectly, to agree to the offer or the promise to provide for itself or other persons material and other values, any privileges or concessions instead of the made or promised donation.
24-1.4. The offered money is accepted by transfer to the bank account of non-governmental organization. Non-governmental organization which main objective according to the charter is charity can accept in cash form donation in the amount up to two hundred manats.
