1. This document establishes rules of issue to the staff of diplomatic service of allowances to official pay rate for diplomatic rank taking into account the position held by them and specialty.
2. To the staff of diplomatic service working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic, allowances to official pay rate for diplomatic rank are issued in the following amounts:
The ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary - 60% of official pay rate
The minister extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the first degree - 57% of official pay rate
The minister extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the second degree - 55% of official pay rate
The adviser of the first degree - 50% of official pay rate
The adviser of the second degree - 45% of official pay rate
The first secretary of the first degree - 40% of official pay rate
The first secretary of the second degree - 35% of official pay rate
The second secretary of the first degree - 30% of official pay rate
