Article 1

Bring in the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2003, No. 50, Art. 4847; 2005, No. 19, Art. 1752; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4574; No. 50, Art. 7352; 2012, No. 24, Art. 3082) following changes:

Paragraph one of part 2 of Article 20.25 after words of "administrative detention" to add 1) with the words "or evasion from serving of administrative detention";

2) regarding 1 Article 31.6 the first offer to add with words ", and also in other cases provided by this Code";

3) in Article 32.8:

a) regarding 4 words "established by the Government of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation";

b) add with part 5 of the following content:

"5.
