Article 1

The annual state report on culture condition in the Russian Federation is submitted the Government of the Russian Federation to chambers of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation no later than September 1 of the year following after year for which information on culture condition is provided and is subject to publication and public discussion. The procedure for preparation and distribution, including publication, the annual state report on culture condition in the Russian Federation is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
