Rules of reduction in compliance of information about the physical person in information systems

1. General provisions

1. These rules of reduction in compliance of information about the physical person in information systems (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 28, 2005 "About public welfare payments to the families having children" determine procedure and terms of reduction in compliance of information about the physical person in information systems.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) information system - the system intended for storage, processing, search, distribution, transfer and submission of information using the hardware and software;

2) the operator of information system - state bodies, the legal entities performing collection, processing and protection of information about the physical person (applicant);
