About import of property

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 and the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 to resolve by way of exception public association to Society of persons with limited opportunities of "Taur" import to the country and the room under customs regime of import of some property according to appendix provided as the humanitarian assistance of the Czech Republic by Embassy in Moldova and delivered by the Ortoservis SRO Company, the Czech Republic with exemption of import payments, without the alienation right.
