About entering of amendment into article 14 of the Law on local public authority No. 436-XVI of December 28, 2006
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (2) article 14 of the Law on local public authority No. 436-XVI of December 28, 2006 (2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the Item y-1) of the following content:
"y-1) makes decisions on creation of position of the communal intermediary in settlements where it is compact or together with representatives of other nationalities rums live;".
Art. II. - To the government in six-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
