About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic

2. State Article 51 in the following edition:

For making of heavy or especially serious crime the court, taking into account the identity of the guilty person, can deprive of it special, military, honorary title, the class rank, the special class rank, diplomatic rank and the state awards.".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
