About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement and reduction of earlier made decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with regulatory legal acts, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of requirements of regulations of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 30, 2008 No. 736 the following changes and amendments:

in the List of the organizations or physical persons which owing to specifics of the activities or features of the location can perfrom cash calculations with the population without application of cash registers, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 1 of the word "the approved Ministry of Finance" shall be replaced with words "established according to the legislation";

- add with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1. The commercial banks licensed by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

- Items 7, of 8, 9 to recognize invalid;

according to the procedure of application, registration and sealing of cash registers, approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 3:

"In payment terminals of legal entities, except for the commercial banks which are acting on the basis of the licenses of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic cash registers (fiscal registrars) shall be without fail established.";

- to recognize the subitem 3 of Item 6 and the subitem 5 of Item 7 invalid;

- in paragraph three of Item 13 of the word of "The state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on taxes and fees" shall be replaced with words "tax authority";
