In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine "About administrative services", according to the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, and also for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 02, 2012 No. 84 "About approval of standards of administrative services which are provided by divisions of the Public migratory service", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 23, 2012 for No. 289/20602.

2. To management of interaction with the central executive bodies and bodies of military management (the Cherkassk R. A.) provide submission of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. The order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
