About enhancement of procedure for creation and submission of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits
According to item 4 of part four of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:
1. Bring in Item 2 of the Section IV of Provisions on procedure of payments, charges and payments of charges in Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 02, 2012 No. 1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 for No. 1273/21585, such changes:
in the paragraph the second subitem 2.1.3 of subitem 2.1 to exclude the word "monthly";
in paragraph three of subitem 2.4.1 of subitem 2.4 to exclude the word "monthly".
2. Approve Changes in the Rules of provision of the reporting members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 09, 2012 No. 4, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 for No. 1269/21581, which are applied.
3. Bring in the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 09, 2012 No. 5 "About procedure for creation of the report on household deposits in members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits - monthly form of the reporting No. 1F", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 02, 2012 for No. 1314/21626, such changes:
3.1. In the title to exclude the word "monthly".
3.2. In paragraphs second and third Item 1 to exclude the word "monthly".
4. Make changes to report form about household deposits in members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits - monthly form of the reporting No. 1F, approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 09, 2012 No. 5, registered on August 02, 2012 for No. 1314/21626, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for creation of the report on household deposits in members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits - monthly form of the reporting No. 1F, approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 09, 2012 No. 5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 02, 2012 for No. 1314/21626, which are applied.
6. Declare invalid the decision of administrative board of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for creation of balance of the member (the temporary participant) of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits - monthly form of the reporting No. 1 KBF" of October 14, 2002 No. 10, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 11, 2002 for No. 887/7175.
7. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
8. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
9. And the international organizations to provide to department of public relations placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

1. In the Section II:
to state paragraph two of Item 5 in such edition:
"The general description of files of the reporting from participants in Fund of guaranteeing household deposits, the Report on household deposits in members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits - the reporting No. 1F form, calculation of the amount of regular collection which is subject to payment in Fund of guaranteeing household deposits, calculation of regular collection in the form of the differentiated collection which is subject to payment in Fund of guaranteeing household deposits are given in appendices 2 - 5 to these rules";
state Item 7 in such edition:
"7. In case of submission of the reporting directly in Fund date of its representation is registration date of the reporting in Fund. In case of receipt of the reporting by mail date of representation is determined by postage stamp of the company (department) of communication which services the sender.
If the reporting is presented in the form of electronic documents, time and date of its actual departure by the participant in Fund for e-mail of the National Bank of Ukraine reckon as date of submission of the report (date and time of obtaining in Fund of envelope with report file which are fixed in the magazine of statistics of e-mail).
The fund can transfer (to adjust) terms for the purpose of timely submission of the reporting by members of Fund during completion of accounting year";
in Item 9 of the word "Balance Statements and Others Separately" to replace with the word "Separately".
2. Be reworded as follows appendices 1-3 (are applied).
3. Add with appendices 5 and 6 (are applied).
