About entering of amendment into appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of February 18, 2013 No. 125

Appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 125 of February 18, 2013 "About approval of the Regulations on issue of identity documents, and about accounting of citizens of the Republic of Moldova" (2013, Art. No. 36-40, 171) to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 124-1 of the following content:
"124-1. Foreigners who drive to the Republic of Moldova through the Dnestr site of the moldo-Ukrainian border which is not controlled by the Moldavian authorities shall within 72 hours after crossing of frontier of the Republic of Moldova declare the fact of entrance to any of the following divisions:
1) divisions of GP "TsGIR "Registru";
2) divisions of Bureau on migration and refugees.
For acceptance on accounting foreigners submit the travel documents granting them the right to entry into the Republic of Moldova.".
