According to Article 6, Item 10 parts one of Article 12, articles 37 and 48 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", part ten of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of Ukraine of 28.03.2016 No. 434.

2. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of Ukraine of 21.07.2014 No. 58.

3. To provide to department of questions of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. And the international organizations to provide to department of public relations placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.
