About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Committee on archives and clerical work under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2005 No. 7 and the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of May 24, 2012 No. 133
Based on part two of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2011 "About archiving and clerical work in the Republic of Belarus" and Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Rules of work of the Public Records Offices of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Committee on archives and clerical work under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2005 No. 7 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 22, 8/13667; 2012, No. 64, 8/25908), following changes:
in part two of Item 169 of the word "name, middle name" shall be replaced with words "own name, middle name (if that is available)";
in Item 231:
in part three:
replace the word "letters" with the word of "archive";
shall be replaced with words the word of "name" "own name";
in part four to replace the word "letters" with the word of "archive".
2. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for use of archive documents in reading rooms of the Public Records Offices of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of May 24, 2012 No. 133 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 63, 8/25907), the following changes:
