About introduction of amendments to the Order of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources of March 25, 2008 No. 149

According to the Law of Ukraine "About pesticides and agrochemicals", Procedure for carrying out the state testing, state registration and re-registration, edition of lists of the pesticides and agrochemicals permitted to use in Ukraine the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1996 295, and for the purpose of enhancement of state registration of pesticides and agrochemicals I ORDER to No.:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of March 25, 2008 No. 149 "About approval of samples of applications which are submitted by subjects of managing for testing and state registration of pesticides and agrochemicals", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 7, 2008 for No. 389/15080, such changes:

1.1. In appendices 1 - 5 to the order of the word "Ministry of Protection of the Surrounding Environment of Ukraine" and "Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine" and "Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine".

1.2. In appendix 2 to the order:

1.2.1. To add Item of 1 sample of the request for state registration of medicine with new subitem 1.5 of such content:

"1.5. The applicant guarantees that in connection with state registration of the declared medicine the intellectual property rights of the third parties protected by the corresponding patent of Ukraine which protects authorship and the property right to substance, and (or), process (method) of receipt of substance, and (or) new use of substance or process (method) of receipt of substance will not be violated.
