1. Make addition and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the integrated information resource on property, the rights to which are limited to bail bonds, No. 466 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2010 "About some questions of creation and functioning of the integrated information resource of property, the rights to which are limited to bail bonds" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 82, 5/31557; No. 303, 5/32991):
add item 4 with words "(further - OAIS)";
in Item 6 of the word "The Ministry of Communications and Informatization by means of the Organization Authorized by It" shall be replaced with words "the operator of OAIS";
the second Item 7 to state part in the following edition:
"Information from the state information resource on securities, the rights to which are limited to bail bonds, is provided by Central Securities Depository in the Republic of Belarus by means of OAIS on requests of banks, non-bank credit and financial and leasing organizations in accordance with the terms of the contract between the owner of the specified information resource and the operator of OAIS.";
