Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Item 32 of the Rules of retail trade by oil products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 1997 No. 1442 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998 No. 2, the Art. 51 No. 10, Art. 382; 2001 No. 17, Art. 756; 2005 No. 34, Art. 2061; 2009 No. 17, Art. 516; 2012 No. 11, of the Art. 403) to exclude the words "and/or declarations of conformity if it is established by the technical regulation on confirmation of conformity of type of products".

In Item 18 of the Procedure for maintaining trading activity and rules of trade servicing in the market of the consumer goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 15, 2006 No. 833 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006 No. 25, Art. 1818; 2007 No. 73, Art. 2733; 2009 No. 87, Art. 2939; 2011 No. 51, of the Art. 2038) to exclude the words "and/or declarations of conformity if it is established by the technical regulation".

3. In appendix 1 to the Technical regulation of the closed sources of ionizing radiation, No. 1382 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2007 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007 No. 93, Art. 3408), to exclude the words "The Place for Mark about Registration of the Declaration of Conformity".
