Bring in procedures for issue of approval on import to the territory of Ukraine of remedies of plants, the certificate of conformity of agricultural products and raw materials of plant origin to requirements concerning content in them residual amount of pesticides, agrochemicals and heavy metals and the certificate on observance of regulations of use of the pesticides and agrochemicals approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2011 No. 1378 (the Of_ts_yny v_snik of Ukra§ni, 2012 No. 1, the Art. 33), changes which are applied.

1. In item 4 of the Procedure for issue of approval on import to the territory of Ukraine of remedies of plants:

Paragraphs of the sixth - the eighth to exclude 1);

2) to add Item with the paragraph of such content:

"The Gosvetfitosluzhba performs the documents filed by the applicant, finds out availability of the registration certificate about state registration of medicine and the license which confirms the applicant's right to conducting economic activity on trade in pesticides and agrochemicals (only with regulators of growth of plants), issued by the relevant central executive bodies, and also the quality certificate of remedies of plants.".
