The amounts determined by this Resolution are paid by Bar of the Azerbaijan Republic to the legal entities or physical persons which are acting on the basis of the motivated resolution of the body conducting criminal procedure according to the report submitted by the defender (lawyer) at the expense of the means provided separately Bars of the Azerbaijan Republic for these purposes in the government budget, compensation of the lawyer is made via bank transfer.
