3. 1. Places of serving of administrative detention are intended for content in them of persons subjected to administrative detention in the cases provided by the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences.

Places of serving of administrative detention are divisions of territorial authorities of the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of internal affairs (further - federal executive body in the field of internal affairs).
