Article 1

Part the sixth Article 10 to add 1) with the offer of the following content: "Use of systems of video conferencing in the closed judicial session is not allowed.";

Part one of Article 55 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"Explanations of the parties and the third parties, testimonies of witnesses can be received by use of systems of video conferencing according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause 155.1 of this Code.";

Part the second Article 152 to add 3) with the offer of the following content: "Participation of the parties in preliminary judicial session by use of systems of video conferencing is allowed according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause 155.1 of this Code.";

To add 4) with Article 155.1 of the following content:

"Article 155.1. Participation in judicial session by use of systems of video conferencing

1. In the presence in courts of technical capability of implementation of video conferencing of person, the participating in case, their representatives, and also witnesses, experts, specialists, translators can participate in judicial session by use of systems of video conferencing on condition of the statement them petitions for it or at the initiative of court.
