About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008 No. 87

a) add Item 2 with the subitem "v" of the following content:

"c) The Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation concerning the project documentation on objects of transport infrastructure has the right to specify the separate requirements to contents of Sections of the project documentation established by the Provision approved by this resolution.";

b) Item 8 of the Regulations on structure of Sections of the project documentation and requirements to their content approved by the specified resolution to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Concerning highways the construction stage is also understood as the complex of works on preparation of the territory of construction including seizure of land, necessary for placement of the highway, alienation of real estate in connection with withdrawal of the parcel of land on which it is registration of rights of possession and use on the specified parcel of land, demolition of buildings, structures and constructions, reorganization (transfer) of engineering communications, deforestation, carrying out archeological excavations within the construction territory, mine clearing of the territory of construction and other works.".
