1. Bring in the Procedure of trading activity and rules of trade servicing in the market of the consumer goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 15, 2006 No. 833 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 25, Art. 1818; 2007, No. 73, Art. 2733; 2009, No. 87, Art. 2939; 2011, No. 51, the Art. 2038, No. 61, the Art. 2435), changes which are applied.

2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month and to provide to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade the relevant information for generalization and representation by May 1, 2013 to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
