According to the Laws of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity", "About traffic", article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of technical providing agro-industrial complex of Ukraine", the subitem 19 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 23, 2011 No. 500, and for the purpose of improvement of the organization and implementation of the state supervision of agricultural industry of Ukraine by the State inspectorate and its territorial authorities I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for the organization and implementation of the state supervision (control) in the field of operation and technical condition of tractors, self-propelled chassis, self-propelled farm, road-building and meliorative vehicles, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms which is applied.

2. To department of agriculture (Demidov O. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Senya O. V.
