For the purpose of enhancement of the state judicial and expert activities, strengthening of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, the organizations in criminal, administrative, civil and economic procedure I decide:
1. Form the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus (further - the State committee of judicial examinations) based on:
expert and criminalistic divisions of law-enforcement bodies;
Public service of medical judicial examinations, including its managements on areas and Minsk;
public institution "80th central military medicolegal laboratory" of the Ministry of Defence;
department of researches and examinations of emergency situations of the center of regulation and examination in the field of protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of "Research Institution of Fire Safety and Problems of Emergency Situations" organization of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, departments (groups) of ensuring functioning of the state system of the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and civil defense, researches, examinations of emergency situations and the fires of the scientific and practical centers regional (The Minsk city) managements of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, department of researches and examination of the fires of "Research Center of the Vitebsk Regional Management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus" organization.
Reallot to the State committee of judicial examinations:
public institution "Center of judicial examinations and criminalistics of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus" (further - the Center of the Ministry of Justice), having renamed it into public institution "Scientific and practical center of the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus";
the republican production unitary enterprise "Belsudmedobespecheniye", having renamed it into the republican unitary enterprise "Belsudekspertobespecheniye";
