About settlement of sale of the wine and cognac materials, and also fortified drinks made in the republic
In warehouses of processing enterprises of wine industry of the republic since 1993-1994 20,3 of one million decalitres wine and 4, one million decalitres of cognac material for various reasons accumulated. The existing procedure for sale and transportation of these products and artificial obstacles become the reason of fair complaints.
For the purpose of elimination of the difficult situation which arose in wine industry of the republic, increase in interest of producers and productions in wine and cognac materials and fortified drinks and their realization in the shortest possible time, and also based on the corresponding order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

3. To the Ministry of Agriculture to eliminate obstacles in sale of wine and cognac materials and to sell these products only through mediation of Agrarian and industrial commodity exchange of the republic.

4. To the public railway administration together with the relevant organizations to resolve issue of allocation of tanks to legal entities and physical persons for export from the republic of wine and cognac materials, to eliminate defects in their immediate preparation and documentation.
5. To the State Customs Committee to perform documentation in customs authorities and sending the exported wine and cognac materials according to the procedure, provided by appendix 3 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 247 of November 15, 1995 "About liberalization of foreign trade in the Azerbaijan Republic".
