About implementation of the state external borrowings in 2013

For the purpose of accomplishment of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Perform the state external borrowings by bond issue of the external state loan of 2013 (further - bonds).

2. Approve Conditions of bond issue of the external state loan of 2013 which are applied.

3. To the Ministry of Finance:

perform bond issue according to the Conditions approved by this resolution;

during creation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year to provide means for repayment and servicing of bonds.

Conditions of bond issue of the external state loan of 2013

1. Bonds of the external state loan of 2013 (further - bonds) are issued by total amount on the amount of 1250 million US dollars.

2. The nominal cost of one bond constitutes 200 thousand dollars of the USA and/or large sum which is integer, to multiple 1 thousand dollars of the USA.

3. On the bond the income at the annual interest rate 7,5 rate is charged.

4. Interest income on bonds is paid annually on April 17 and on October 17, since October 17, 2013.

5. Bond redemption is performed on April 17, 2023.

6. Repayment and servicing of bonds is performed at the expense of the means provided by the law on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year for repayment and servicing of public debt.

7. Conditions of placement of bonds are determined by the prospectus of the issue.
