About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 25, 2006 No. 413

Make the following changes to the "Provision on the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 25, 2006 No. 413 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 5, Article 411, No. 8, Article 680; 2007, No. 6, Article 602, No. 8, Article 770, No. 10, Article 947; 2008, No. 7, Article 612, No. 11, Articles 967, 970; 2009, No. 10, Article 779, No. 12, Article 983; 2010, No. 2, Article 83; 2011, No. 2, Article 85; 2012, No. 7, Article 688, No. 9, Article 855):

1. give Item 9.11 in the following edition:

"9.11.obespechivat control over the professional training level of medical personnel;".

2. add subitem 9.11-1 of the following content:

"9.11-1. for the purpose of ensuring control over quality of the medical services rendered by the companies and the organizations which are engaged in medical activities in case of receipt from legal entities and physical persons, state bodies and local government bodies of official addresses (data) based on concrete facts about causing significant harm of life and (or) to human health or about availability of such danger, including distribution of information in means by the mass of information to perform in these companies and the organizations;".

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in two-month time:
