The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part the fourth article 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About publishing" (1997, No. 32, the Art. 206) to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
2. This Law becomes effective in five years after the entry of Ukraine into World Organization of trade.
