About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 N 54) the following changes:
a) add additional notes of the Customs union to group 02 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union with the note 5 of the following content:
"5. For the purpose of classification of goods in subsubline items 0201 10 000 2, 0201 20 200 2, 0201 20 300 2, 0201 20 500 2, 0201 20 900 2, 0201 30 000 5, 0202 10 000 2, 0202 20 100 2, 0202 20 300 2, 0202 20 500 2, 0202 20 900 2, 0202 30 100 5, 0202 30 500 5, 0202 30 900 5 in the states which territories constitute single customs area of the Customs union in case of application of the term "franco-border of the country of import" the country of import is understood as single customs area of the Customs union.";
b) add additional notes of the Customs union to group 84 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union with the note 4 following of content:
"4. For the purpose of classification of goods in subsubline items 8471 41 000 1, 8482 10 900 1 in the states which territories constitute single customs area of the Customs union in case of application of the term "franco-border of the country of import" the country of import is understood as single customs area of the Customs union.";
c) in the additional note of the Customs union to group 94 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union:
