Bring in the Instruction about procedure for calculation of the average earnings kept in cases, stipulated by the legislation approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2000 No. 47 "About approval of conditions and procedure for calculation of the average earnings kept during labor (the main and additional) and social (in connection with training) leaves, payment of monetary compensation for unused labor leave and in other cases, stipulated by the legislation, and also the list of the payments considered in case of calculation of average earnings" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 44, 8/3382; 2006, No. 60, 8/14276; 2008, No. 248, 8/19571; No. 291, 8/19883; 2011, No. 62, 8/23700), following amendments and changes:
1.1. add Item 12 with the words "and further it is not recalculated";
1.2. Item 17 after the word "services" to add with words of "surcharge to the level of the minimum wage established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus";
