1. Add Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 105, 5/9329; 2005, No. 24, 5/15563; 2006, No. 127, 5/22682; 2009, No. 14, 5/29089), subitem 6.13-3 of the following content:
"6.13-3. determines procedure for rounding of the amounts added to salary payment, cash allowance, grants, pensions, benefits and other social payments;".
2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection till April 30, 2013 to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 20, 2012 No. 1060 "About rounding of pension amounts" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.11. 2012, 5/36511).
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for Item 3, which becomes effective since May 1, 2013.
