About modification of the Regulations on guardianship over banks
According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, N 12, the Art. 247) and "About banks and banking activity" (1996, N 5-6, Art. 54) the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on guardianship over banks approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 9, 1998 N 302 (рег. N 570 of December 19, 1998), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
