About approval of rates for payment for use of living spaces (rent) in houses of the state and public housing stock and on housing and communal services in the Azerbaijan Republic

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic approved with the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance and the State committee on the antimonopoly policy and support of entrepreneurship on approval of rates for payment for use of living space (rent) in houses of the state and public housing stock and housing and communal services in the Azerbaijan Republic.

2. (Rent) in houses of the state and public housing stock and service fee on content of houses for owners of the privatized apartments to approve payment for use of living space according to appendix No. 1.

3. According to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About privatization of housing stock in the Azerbaijan Republic":

a) No. 66 is cancelled according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of 26.02.2019;

b) servicing of the privatized houses (apartments) can is performed by the state housing and operational and repair and construction organizations only on the basis of contracts with owners (the companies, other associations of owners) of these apartments (houses).

4. Determine that expenses on maintenance and repair of systems of heating, supply with drinking and hot water, sewerages, the electric power in buildings are paid to the relevant housing and operational organizations by the organizations gaining income from operation of these networks and engineering constructions in centralized procedure.

5. Approve the rates for utilities given in appendix No. 2 in apartment houses irrespective of pattern of ownership.
