1. Approve "Rules of provision of information and maintaining the state statistics of environmental protection" (are applied).

Rules of provision of information and maintaining the state statistics of environmental protection

1. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources annually no later than July 1 prepares, will approve and represents to the State committee according to the statistics of the Azerbaijan Republic forms of the state statistical reporting on the basis of objectivity of statistical information and its comparability with the international statistics.

2. The state committee of the Azerbaijan Republic according to the statistics establishes frequency, terms, amounts and form of the state statistical reporting represented to the fields of environmental protection by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

3. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources represents to bodies of statistics final data according to the term established in "The plan (regulations) of statistical works" which is annually approved by the State committee according to the statistics.
