"VIII. For replacement of the car driver license the following documents are submitted:

1) the identity certificate of the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic (respectively the certificate of registration of the foreigner in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic or the identity certificate of the stateless person for use within the Azerbaijan Republic);

2) the car driver license (except for replacements of the car driver license because of its loss);

3) the receipt on payment of the state fee established by the law;

4) the medical certificate - in the cases provided by Items 2-4 of part V of article 34 of this Law.

If the reason of replacement of the car driver license consists in the established inaccuracy in its records, the state fee is not paid.".
