For the purpose of execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 30, 1998 "About introduction of the Forest code of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 30, 1997" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 693:

1. Approve "Rules of use of grounds of forest fund in the research, cultural and improving, sports purposes, for the purpose of tourism and for needs of hunting economy" (are applied).

2. Consider No. 151 which voided the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijani SSR of May 7, 1985 "About procedure for issue of permissions to placement in the territory of the state forest fund of holiday camps and recreation facilities".

3. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
