About introduction of amendments and changes in the law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About advertizing"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About advertizing" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 4, the Art. 195) the following amendments and change:

1. Add Article 2 with paragraphs of the following content:

"the state advertizing - the advertizing of republican and local state institutes directed to promotion of their interests, promoting of their tasks, functions, projects, programs and the services rendered by them and other purposes which are expressed in motivation of citizens:

- to accomplishment of obligations before the state;

- to public discussion of projects of regulatory legal acts;

- to public discussion of projects republican, local, departmental budgets;

- to protection of the state in the conditions of war;

- to assistance to state bodies and local government bodies in the conditions of emergency situations;

- to observance of the established regulations and rules concerning safety issues;

- to other cooperation with state bodies and local government bodies established by regulatory legal acts;

advertizing space - the property of physical persons and legal entities, broadcasting time, the printing areas and other means used for advertizing;

social advertizing - the advertizing advancing public interest and directed to achievement of socially useful purposes which are expressed:

- in forming of culture of behavior;

- in forming of the tolerant relation of society to separate socially vulnerable national groups;

- in observance of rights of man and citizen and eradication of all forms of discrimination;

- in decrease in crime rate and corruption;

- in prevention and treatment of diseases;

- in the prevention of spread of drug addiction;

- in motivation of the population to observance of requirements of personal and public security;

- in increase in awareness of citizens on disaster risks of natural, technogenic, biologo-social, social, conflictogenic nature;
