The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes to appendix No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 5-6, 60) according to appendix to this Law.
2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
