About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning provision of free legal assistance

According to part five of Article 16 and article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About free legal assistance", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 6, 2012 No. 504 "About formation of the Coordination center for provision of legal assistance and liquidation of the Center of legal reform and bill works under the Ministry of Justice" I ORDER to No. 395:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 2, 2012 No. 967/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 3, 2012 for No. 1091/21403 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. In item 4 of the word "have own forms, seal with the name" shall be replaced with words "have seal with the image of the State Emblem of Ukraine and the name, own forms, separate balance, accounts in bodies of Treasury of Ukraine.".

1.2. The fifth Item 8 to state the paragraph in such edition:

"provide participation of the defender when implementing pre-judicial investigation and judicial proceedings in cases when the defender according to provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine received the investigator, the prosecutor, the investigative judge or court for protection implementation to destination or carrying out separate legal proceeding;".

1.3. To add Item 10 after the paragraph of the fifth with the new paragraph the sixth such content:
