Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

According to the procedure of collection of collection and use of funds for development of wine growing, gardening and hop-growing, No. 587 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 2005 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 29, Art. 1710; 2012, No. 27, Art. 1014; 2013, No. 26, Art. 862):

Paragraph two of the subitem 1 of Item 7 to exclude 1);

2) in the subitem 1 of Item 9:

exclude paragraph two;

the fifth to state the paragraph in such edition:

"the copies of the project documentation on refrigerator construction (laboratory complex, cameras of bystry freezing of fruits and berries) approved according to requirements of the legislation, and the expert report concerning consideration of estimate part of the project documentation certified in accordance with the established procedure;";
