About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Belarus about subsoil

Article 1. Bring in the Code of the Republic of Belarus about subsoil of July 14, 2008 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 184, 2/1503; 2010, No. 17, 2/1661; 2011, No. 82, 2/1845) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
in Item 17:
"unauthorized development of fields and (or) unauthorized" shall be replaced with words words "unauthorized use of natural resources and (or)";
after words of "bedding of minerals" to add Item with the words "with violation of requirements of this Code and other acts of the legislation";
add Article with Item of 261 following contents:
"261. Mineral waters - underground natural waters with mineralization from 1 to 35 g / cubic dm.";
add Article with Item of 391 following contents:
"391. Unauthorized use of natural resources - use of natural resources without receipt of the documents which are legal basis of use of natural resources.".
2. In Article 2:
in Item 7:
shall be replaced with words the word "concessions" "investing activities";
add Item with the words "and legislation on concessions";
add Article with Item of 81 following contents:
"81. The relations connected with carrying out research works in the field of use and protection of subsoil are regulated by this Code in the part which is not settled by the legislation on scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities.".
3. In Article 6 and subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of Article 14 of the word "or concessionary" shall be replaced with words ", concessionary or investment".
4. To add Item 1 of Article 9 with subitem 1.31 of the following content:
"1.31. determines type of the concession treaty in case of decision making about need of concession concerning subsoil plots;".
5. In Item 1 of Article 10:
